 Loren Marc Schmerler is
the President and Founder of Bottom Line Management, Inc. A
Summa Cum Laude graduate of the prestigious
Boston University School of Management and
recipient of the Harold C. Case Scholarship for
Academic Excellence, he holds an MBA with Honors
from Georgia State University. Prior to entering
the consulting and business brokerage field, he
served as Chief Financial Officer or Controller
for several firms ranging from start-up to
Fortune 500 subsidiary. Loren has acquired the
Certified Professional Consultant and Accredited
Professional Consultant designations, Conference
Speaker and Expert Reference for Inc. and Entrepreneur
Magazines as well as many other well known
companies and institutions. Mr. Schmerler was the
first Treasurer (1986) of the Georgia Association
of Business Brokers (GABB) and served as the
business advice columnist for Wal-Mart's Sam's
Club from 1989 through 1991. He has experience in
more than 200 industries/types of businesses.

Delle N. Griffin, Executive Vice President, is a seasoned sales professional with more than "15 years experience" selling primary and secondary properties at the private mountain community of Big Canoe, Georgia. Delle also specialized in waterfront properties in McIntosh County, Georgia.
She has been "the co-owner of a real estate company" and has "10 years trucking industry experience as an executive."
